Hi, I’m James, a documentary wedding photographer based in Kent. I specialise in natural, relaxed, and modern wedding photography that captures the life and soul of your wedding day. My unobtrusive approach ensures you can enjoy every moment without interruptions or awkward posing, leaving you with candid photographs full of real moments and emotion.

With over twelve years of experience as a Kent wedding photographer, I’ve worked at all of Kent’s most popular wedding venues. Couples choose me for my calm and professional approach, which helps you and your guests feel at ease throughout the day. I’m a Kent wedding photographer for couples who want a relaxed, free-flowing wedding day without the interruptions, awkwardness or bossiness of traditional photography. I keep a low profile throughout the day, capturing all the special moments naturally, so you can focus on enjoying your time with family and friends without the fuss of staging for photos all day. After your wedding I edit in a filmic style that ensures skin tones look natural and authentic, creating photos that are true to life and timeless over the years.

I offer wedding photography packages across Kent and London, with fast delivery of your professionally edited, shareable, and downloadable digital album. Every package includes a pre-meeting, continuous coverage of your wedding day, a relaxed portrait session, group photos with family and friends, full ownership of your images, access to my online print lab for high-quality prints, and a private online gallery for easy viewing and sharing. Travel is included for all weddings in Kent.

  • Choose between Standard coverage (£1400), where you’ll receive a beautifully edited digital album of 650+ images within 28 days, or Deluxe coverage (£1900), which gives you everything from the Standard package plus priority delivery of your full gallery within 7 days, 20 sneak-peek highlights within 48 hours, and a fine art printed A3 wedding album to relive your day.

    Both options also include a relaxed portrait session, group photos with family and friends, full ownership of your images, access to my online print lab for high-quality prints, and a private online gallery for easy viewing and sharing.

  • A shorter option ideal for more intimate weddings, this package includes 6 hours of coverage (£1000). You’ll receive a beautifully edited digital album of 350+ images within 28 days, along with group photos, a laid-back portrait session, access to my online print lab for high-quality prints, a private online gallery for easy sharing and downloads full ownership of your images and travel within Kent is included.

  • A complete storytelling package combining natural, documentary-style photography with cinematic wedding videography. You’ll receive 10 hours of coverage, 650+ beautifully edited high-resolution images, plus everything in my Full Day Standard package.

    Your chosen videographer — Emmanuel Films or Dudley Ross Wedding Films — will produce a 4K highlight film with audio from your ceremony and speeches. Having worked together on over 60 weddings, we work as a seamless team, capturing your day naturally without interruption.

    Everything is delivered via a private online gallery and digital download, with travel within Kent included — all at a competitive price of £2,900 for both full day services.
